Each individual may only hold one active account on the lkb8 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Where lkb8 identifies that a person holds more than one account, lkb8 reserves the right to close all such accounts and withhold any funds held therein pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your lkb8 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes. lkb8 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lkb8 account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your lkb8 account while your credentials are in use will be treated as authorised by you unless you have promptly notified lkb8 of any unauthorised access.
In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and our obligations under international gaming authority licensing, lkb8 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests and at various points during the account lifecycle.
Verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") requires you to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address (where required), and any additional documentation lkb8 may reasonably request.
lkb8 may withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. The Platform is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing attributable to a player's failure to provide the required documentation in a timely manner.
lkb8 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX bank transfer (including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank), 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. All player accounts are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the lkb8 Cashier section and are subject to change.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposit by the same verified account holder. lkb8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount, processing times, and any applicable fees are displayed in the Cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
Player funds deposited with lkb8 are held in segregated accounts, separate from the Platform's operational funds. This segregation is maintained as a requirement of lkb8's international gaming authority licensing.
All transactions on the lkb8 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a player uses a payment method that settles in a different currency, the applicable conversion rate applied by the payment provider will govern the MYR value credited or debited.
lkb8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to the relevant promotion, including any wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods.
In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
lkb8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will have their bonuses and winnings derived therefrom forfeited, and their account may be suspended.
Specific rules governing each game type available on the lkb8 Platform — including live casino games, sportsbook markets, slots, fishing games, and esports betting — are published within the relevant game or section of the Platform. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms and Conditions and are equally binding on all players.
lkb8 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that is placed in error, that results from a system malfunction or data feed error, or where lkb8 has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome of the event was known to the player at the time of placing the bet. Decisions made by lkb8 regarding void bets are final.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records maintained by lkb8 shall be the primary reference point. If a technical malfunction interrupts a game in progress, lkb8 will endeavour to resolve the situation equitably, taking into account game state at the time of interruption.

Where lkb8 has reasonable grounds to suspect any of the above activities, lkb8 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law.
lkb8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where lkb8 reasonably believes that these Terms have been breached, where the account poses a compliance or financial risk, or where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, lkb8 may forfeit any remaining bonus balance. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (excluding self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy), any verified net balance remaining in the player's MYR wallet will be returned via the player's last used withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period.
Players may also voluntarily close their lkb8 account at any time by contacting the support team. Players who wish to self-exclude should refer to Section 9 below and the dedicated Responsible Gaming page.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the lkb8 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the lkb8 Platform without prior written consent from lkb8.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lkb8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the lkb8 Platform.
lkb8's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
lkb8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network issues, or force majeure events may affect Platform availability without prior notice.
lkb8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the lkb8 Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
lkb8 may be required to disclose player data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions in compliance with applicable law, including anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under lkb8's international gaming authority licensing jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between you and lkb8, you are encouraged to contact the lkb8 support team in the first instance. lkb8 will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally within a reasonable timeframe. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be escalated through the dispute resolution procedures established under lkb8's gaming authority licence.
You and lkb8 both waive any right to a jury trial or class action in connection with any dispute arising under these Terms.
lkb8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the lkb8 Platform with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, lkb8 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-Platform notification.
Your continued use of the lkb8 Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
